I myself have always had my private private opinion about who should or shouldnt have won a selected competition, though I might never have the bravery to take on the role of really judging others as a profession. So if you've been stuck in a rut with an one-dimensional focus on building muscle mass it could be time to include some workouts for athleticism into your intention. So if you already understand how to hit a baseball then why don't you try golfing or tennis to grow your skills? Or if you know a way to throw a baseball then try throwing a soccer or shooting a basketball? If you havent had much practice with these abilities during the past then they could be tough in the start, but nothing improves your athleticism like learning a totally new ability. Incorporate tumbling like the above, tumbling is a great ability to learn if you do not understand how to do it already. Start with straightforward moves like somersaults and cartwheels before progressing to more complicated moves like handsprings and flips. I am reasonably certain it's a small amount as the bulk of body-builders will have varying alternative targets from rehabilitation, to just improving in their chosen major sport. Arnold was an exception to the rule as he knew from his first squat and dead lift that he would have liked to become the worlds best bodybuilding champ.
